Thursday 23rd of May marked a special day in the school as our new classroom and walkway were blessed. Representatives from the Parents Association and the Board of Management past and present attended. Children from rang a trí and rang a ceathair in particular are truly delighted to have the new learning space and are really enjoying the opportunities it provides. The children led a prayer service in their new classroom and the room was then blessed by Fr. Flanagan. All the children in the school then proceeded to the walkway which was also blessed. It is a great amenity and is used every day by the children. Thanks again to the Carrickroe Development Committee and the local community that facilitated this successful venture. Ár mbuíochas leo.
