Every year, we send teams to the two main athletic events of the year. This year was no different! Our teams represented our school really well. We had great success in the cross country event with two medals. About twenty schools participated in the
sprint 100 metres, 600 metres, 800 metres and relay races at the Peace Link Park in Clones recently. While we didn’t come away with any medals on this occasion, the children showed their real grit and determination in running their best and giving
each other moral support in this keenly competitively contested event. We extend our appreciation to our parents who brought the children and cheered them on. Maith sibh a pháistí!
